What Makes Me A Blogger?

Am I the only one who ever asks themselves this question? I read quite a few blogs and I envy the folks who seem to be able to write their every day life and it still sounds interesting or funny. I find myself starting to write about my daily routines and then immediately erase it thinking who the hell wants to hear about this? I have found that I only really post when I think I have something funny or want to relive an old memory.

I'd love to know how some bloggers can talk about traffic, grocery shopping, or maybe even something so mundane as hitting up the local library. So tell me, how do you guys do it??

Ummm ....I do, and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Just write for YOU, it's YOUR journal ...and we'll read and comment. You don't have to entertain, just be yourself!

I use to over think EVERYTHING! DON'T!

Last year when I was still in school, one of my instructors started reading my blog. She loves it and still reads it. No I am not going to win an award- but she said I write like I talk. That I want to make people laugh. And I guess I do.

Trust me I write about the most boring stuff ever, but sometimes something funny will come out of it. Like tomorrows post. Trust me- you will laugh your ass off, because only to me can shit happen all the time!

Just keep posting like you are having a conversation with a girlfriend, and you will find your niche!

I feel the same way. I guess I haven't found my "blog writing style" yet.

Like Toni said, I try to remember to write like I'm talking to a girlfriend, but it doesn't always happen.

For the baby announcements on my other blog, I changed the names and addresses on pieces I've created. There are too many crazies out there.

My sis and her hubby haven't told anyone what they are having. It will be a surprise just like their little boy was.

I just made a name for the girl announcements, and now I realize what name I chose. Gah, I didn't mean to.

Anne Nichole - too much like - Anna Nicole Smith. Lordy.

I honestly have no idea. Some days I wonder why I even do this. Most the time I just write when I want and it's been harder this month. Just write for you and write what you want. I'll still be around.

It depends on the day for me. Some days I know that I shouldn't even post a thing and other days my creative juices are actually flowing. But, I tend to overthink most of my posts. And I always have a little anxiety until I get that first comment b/c I'm afraid ya'll think I'm an idiot. We're so hard on ourselves!!!

Well, I wonder how others get regular comments and I don't. My husband says I have wit, but I think he is full of it.
